Hi I’m Sharon Keogh, the founder of Presence Genie provider of local SEO services, and I’d like to introduce myself and tell you why using Presence Genie to create and manage your small business online presence is a step in the right direction.

I’ve built and maintained websites for small business owners, sole operators and community organisations as well as their Google Business Profiles previously. Seeing the day-to-day struggle small business owners or sole operators experience to be heard, seen and respected struck a cord with me and as a result I decided to start my own business providing these services. I am passionate about seeing my customers succeed and I believe Presence Genie can provide online services to small businesses better than the bigger agencies. If I didn’t believe this, I wouldn’t be here!

I genuinely understand the unique challenges of running a small business because I’ve walked in your shoes. With over 25 years of hands-on business experience, supported by a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) from Swinburne University of Technology, I’ve worked closely with small teams, managed tight budgets, and know what it takes to make every dollar count.
